Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Contract Management Professional provides support to enable the administration of government, international and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.  You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, maintaining associated documentation, and other duties as may be assigned. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate with global and regional teams to support contract and subcontract compliance;

• Generate reports required to monitor contract compliance;

• Assist in identifying contract management issues and proposing solutions for approval

• Responsible for ensuring that where Contract Management is deployed, contract compliance is maintained and issues resolved. 

• Support the contractual change process and preparation of documents;

• Provide information relative to local customs and practices.

This is a temporary position for about 10 months for maternity cover.

Qualifications:

• Education:  

Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or IT 

 
• Work Experience: 

min. 3 years

 
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:


• Fluency in French and English written and spoken language

• Understand basic contracting principles

• Detail-oriented, organized, flexible

• Finance experience is a merit

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
