Job description, responsibilities and duties

Executive Support Coordinator provides professional administrative support to Austrian, Swiss and German Accenture senior executive managers, in a virtual environment. (S)He completes independently a variety of assigned tasks while also working in a team environment. The position requires a daily business level communication in German with different parties (incl. Accenture top management).


Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the top executives' agendas
  • Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Arranging conference calls, video conferences or data conferences
  • Arranging or coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with itineraries and visa/passport procedures
  • Assisting with calendaring/scheduling of appointments
  • Coordinating work with internal and external customer and suppliers

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Native speaker level of German, both written and verbal
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Administrative or customer service work experience is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet, able to adapt to new technologies
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Professional communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
