Development Engineer Software f/m

Your Responsibilities:

• Development of models for exhaust after-treatment
• Formulation of reaction mechanisms and various sub-models
• Maintenance and optimization of existing codes
• Numerical solution of model equations
• Programming in C and Fortran
• Validation, documentation and presentation

Your Profile:

• Graduate of process engineering, physics or similar studies from a university of technology or university of applied sciences
• Some years of practical experience ideal
• Knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermal transfer, reaction engineering and numerical mathematics
• Programming expertise in C and Fortran
• Scripting and modeling expertise in Matlab & Simulink
• Teamwork skills
• Sound knowledge of English

Annual Remuneration: Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the intended annual gross remuneration(full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 44.000. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
