Job description, responsibilities and duties

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Main purpose of the job is to assist in securing effective contracts with suppliers by mitigating known legal risks.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, draft, negotiate and instruct contractual documents to ensure compliance with company policy, legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide contractual and commercial expertise, support and guidance in the development and negotiation of contracts, including risk assessment
• Coordinate with legal, risk & other related teams at Dell to standardize contract templates across regions
• Assist business partner or supplier in resolving of legal and contractual queries
• Take leadership of strategic projects and initiatives

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Degree in Law
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in Contract operations, Negotiating and Project management
• Knowledge of industry standard Procurement Systems, Processes and Tools
• Logistics Contract Management experience is an advantage
