Sales Team Leader/Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia

Distrelec is rapidly expanding to CEE markets. Our goal is to create strong Sales and Customer support Team and to become a preferred International supplier for our customers.
To help us with this task we are looking for Sales Team Leader for Czech and Slovakian Team. The work is in our regional office in Vienna.


Your main responsibilities:
• Coach and Lead the Sales team of around 8 people in the office and in the countries of responsibility
• Sales growth in the region
• Strategic business development inputs to Head of Sales
• Business management (planning, actions and activities) to reach strategic goals
• Cooperation with Marketing and other Functions within Distrelec to secure successful business in the region
• Involvement in Large International Accounts management in the region
• Report and work with KPIs to improve them
• Work with the team to ensure their motivation and pleasant work environment.
