Job description, responsibilities and duties

There is a unique opportunity to join us. We are hiring the Buyer/Procurement officer in Partizánske. The main responsibilities are:
*To register, manage, check and direct purchase orders for supplying the production department on time and using the correct high-quality material.
*To establish orders for material, follow their processing.
*To resolve claims concerning incorrect quantities and quality defects.
*To follow the flow of documents (invoices, delivery notes) and check them.
*To follow and optimize stock levels.
*To readjust priorities depending of production planning and purchasing input.
