Veeva Vault Salesforce Consultant

IBM Slovakia is looking for the Pharma/Life Sciences Industry Consultant, who has a passion for helping customers and wishes to become an expert with Veeva Vault Portfolio.
The Veeva Vault Support/Consultant is a member of our wider team that provides post implementation support and consulting as a subject matter expert of Veeva Vault/Submission applications.

Candidate will be in Bratislava, Slovakia. The Role is a remote position working off-site with occasional travel to client premises (usually Belgium or Germany).


Responsibilities:
• Consultancy & Advisory on Pharma Industry in the Clinical & Regulatory management to the technical team
• Interact with Veeva Product Support on customer’s behalf
• Resolution of customer’s issues related to Content Management System
• Work with SmartIT ticketing tool to manage and resolve Incidents and Service Requests
• Content/Data management solution design, configuration and documentation
• Execute Customer Change Request
• Creation of regular and ad-hoc customer reports

Requirements:
• Knowledge and applicable work experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry in the Clinical, Regulatory or Clinical Document management area and approval processes
• Understanding of life sciences content management principles and compliance requirements
• Strong desire to learn new things
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Experience with fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
• Ability to quickly understand requirements and design and articulate potential solutions

Nice to Have:
• Consulting experience
• Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing IT systems, particularly content management software
• Experience with Support Process and/or Veeva Vault;
• Team Leading/Project management experience
• Additional language(s)
