Position Overview:

The primary purpose of this position is to drive and support Quality System Improvements and APQP process implementation on high risk and/or new suppliers, in order to achieve a consistent high level of PPAP submission and quality performance with all INTEVA Products pants.

Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Manufacturing on the supplier leverage activities and Support INTEVA Products Program management: Process for key program critical Suppliers, by using the knowledge of Corporate Quality procedures. The SQ Managers and the AQE provide a link with all INTEVA Products plants and the Supply base in their geographic location and promote to those Suppliers the quality system requirements of INTEVA Products.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Lead Supplier Capabilities Assessment (SCA) supporting the multidisciplinary Team and coordinate Supplier Leverage Summary Plans follow up action plan implementation. The AQE is required of posting activities in SharePoint.

• Supporting the supplier(s) on the understanding of the Supplier Requirements Manual (SRM) and Pre-Sourcing Meetings, facilitate the Technical Reviews and support quality requirements assimilation.

• Train selected suppliers in customer requirements.

• Support INTEVA Products PDP Project Management - Focus EARLY on New Program Launch issues, to develop suppliers to minimize launch risks, from BOM until +90 days SOP, ensuring new Suppliers understand SRM, APQP, PPAP requirement and pre-launch control plan.

• For the Critical Supplier emphasizes support APQP activities prior to serial production.

• As necessary, coordinate with Suppliers the Production Part Approval Process, performing reviews and providing training if required.

• Perform Part And Process Audits (from now MCA) and action plan follow-up, with capacity analysis, when required.

• Maintain interface with Product Line and supporting functions (Plant Quality / Engineering / Operations / Manufacturing) to ensure quality objectives are identified and achieved with suppliers, providing support to local Procurement in order to develop a robust Supplier Base.

• Knowledge of Customer Requirements, Manage supplier, support PDP Project Management until launch, Identify Improvement Opportunities at Suppliers & Drive out Waste & Variability, Improve Quality, build Supplier Relationship & Rapport.

• New programs and re-sourcing support with Flawless Launch Process

• Support as needed Escalation process

Osobnostní předpoklady a dovednosti

Education / Experience:
• Secontary Technical Oriented School or Bachelor degree in engineering is advantage
• Auditor accreditation for system and process.
• Knowledge of main automotive quality management system: TS 16949 and quality tools (AIAG, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP)
• Knowledge of English language, oral and written, and preferably in other language(s) used in geographic area of responsibility.
• Driving license, valid passport,
• Travelling willingness,

Experience in quality management:
• Minimum 4-6 years experience in supply chain management/development activities required
• Minimum 2 years experience in plant operations required,
• Project management experience is preferred,
• Quality Certification (CQA/CQE) or EOQ Quality System Manager preferred,
• Expertise in problem solving methodology and problem eradication.
• Experience with quality system implementation.
• Knowledge in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Programs, Internet, Email
