FINANCE DIRECTOR (M/F)

As Finance Director Czech Republic you will lead a team of about 8 people and will report to the Country Managing Director and the European CFO.

You will supervise and coordinate all Finance and Accounting activities for the Czech Republic and you ensure that all internal and external reporting requirements are delivered on time.

You and your team will also be responsible for Project Controlling and Cash Management.

You will review financials, provide detailed financial analysis and therefore establish yourself and your team as a valued business partner.

After your degree in Business Administration you have gained at least eight to ten years of experience either in an international auditing firm or in the Finance Department of a consulting company.

You have strong knowledge of Czech GAAP and good knowledge of IFRS. Tax know-how is a plus, but not a must.

You are system-oriented, have very good Microsoft Office skills and have already been able to prove your leadership abilities.

You are fluent in English and you can be described as a manager with a strong hands-on mentality who is comfortable in an intercultural work environment.
