WHAT WILL YOUR DAY IN THE OFFICE LOOK LIKE?
o Conducting phone calls with the clients and helping them to deal with their debts
o Effectively manage the collection of delinquent accounts while maintaining a positive customer service culture
o Written communication via e-mail and working with the internal system
o You will become a professional in communication and argumentation, which help you to deal with all life situations more confidently
o You will be getting regular feedbacks from your Team Leader
o Coaching with internal consultant

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
o Native command of Hungarian and then fluent in English or Czech or Slovak
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o User with good knowledge of MS Office applications
o Confidence in own judgements and responsiveness to feedback
