Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you will support the CEO's and the CFO's in establishing strategic plan and strategic initiatives across various companies / countries, including acquisitions, valuations, integration, scenario build up, divestitures, industrial footprint, turn around, exit preparation etc. You will analyze, valuate, project and manage new business development activities, present them to the Senior Leaders and support them in decision-making.

Personality requirements and skills
- Project management expertise is a must / Consultancy, investment banking or financial advisory experience is desirable / Previous online-media experience is an advantage
- Ability to understand key business issues , risks and value drivers and ability to communicate/prepare financials and KPI's effectively reflecting these drivers
- Ability to develop advanced models & projections, work with database sheets and use them for valuation, sensitivity test, budget, strategy, acquisitions and divestitures activities
- Understanding financial statemetnst (incl. CF and BS, not only PL) & form practical deductions respectively (we are NOT looking for an IFRS expert)
- Ability to express own views with key stakeholders and influence decision making process
