Carrier Technical Project Manager

Provide technical project management to insure the timely coordination and successful implementation of complex voice projects, like SS7 / SIP regulated interconnections, numbers portability, voice traffic migrations, etc. This also includes fruitful relationships and technical coordination with the external voice carriers involved in those projects. Your job will involve 3 main parts:

1) Referent for carriers. In this respect, you will:
• Manage processes adaptation in order to insure that our process and tools (based on template – ordering billing + operational support + service management, etc.) fit well with the carrier specifics and also make sure that we operate our services with the appropriate level of transparency.
• Ensure project management for the implementations for new/changed set-up towards the external carriers;

2) Lead the RSND implementation of voice projects. In this respect, you will:
• Contribute to the completion of the interconnection guide, which gathers all the technical details needed for the project implementation and details the different elements and steps that are required to achieve the desired plan.
• Project Manage the execution of the project: Schedule and coordinate the different network changes which are requested for the execution of the project; make sure all pre-requisites are respected before the execution of each step.
• Synchronize the overall activities with the different entities to make sure your different voice projects are progressing smoothly and in a transparent way for our customers.
• Provide adequate visibility and issue regular progress reports for the implementation of your projects.

3) RSND Interface to Voice Planning. In this respect, you will:
• Become a relevant interface between Voice Planning, Voice Engineering and RSND entities (C&D - Circuit and Design, Rollout and GNVPC) in order to coordinate the implementation of complex voice projects.
• Be considered as the RSND SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the execution of those projects, thus being asked to report regularly on progress.
• Support others team members and contribute to the development of key Voice technical expertise and skills in the C&D team;
• Possibly intervene as a team leader for specific action or SME* (Subject Matter Expert) functions that needs transversal coordination among the C&D team.
