Provide support in line with the LEGO® Values As Coordinator, you will join our Recruitment Support department in our Business Service Operations (BSO) in Kladno, a shared service centre that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from Kladno in the Czech Republic, Monterrey in Mexico, and Singapore. Your role will be to deliver a consistent, top professional service that embodies the LEGO® Values to the recruiters in the LEGO Group as well as to all stakeholders of the BSO. In supporting therecruiters, you will:

 Act as a direct line for recruitment support for the region, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard new employees

 Post and manage all open roles in the applicant tracking system and other identified attraction channels through all phases, enabling proper reporting and tracking

 Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by handling interview invitations, coordination and follow-up communication with candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling interviews

 Drive service level optimization by performing satisfaction surveys at the end of each recruitment process in order to continuously improve the user experience

 Create drafts of contracts and offer letters as well as create all proper forms and notices for onboarding and hiring processes

Customer service experience and positive mind-set

You are structured, detailed and accurate when working, reflecting your strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Further, you are flexible and able to work independently on predetermined tasks, just as you have business understanding and solid communication skills. Your background:

 As a minimum you are a high school graduate with 1-2 year experience working in a support service environment, HR or recruitment area

 Customer service experience is a requirement - Experienced in using MS Office. SAP E-rec experience is an advantage as is prior experience with an applicant tracking system
