Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our international client, global IT service provider and top employer, we are looking for great talents who would like to work in multicultural team in Prague. We are looking for people with language combinations ENG/CZ or SK, ENG/FR, ENG/DUTCH.

What are your duties going to be?
- Supporting clients as a first line contact
- Receiving, validating and logging client requests
- Classification and prioritization assigned to the requests
- Assistance with analyzing and interpreting the request
- Escalation to the next resolver group

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Diploma or qualification in technology
- Fluent in English and one from folowing languages: Czech, Slovak, French, Dutch
- 2 years’ work experience
- 1+years’ experience required in call centre managed services / services delivery environment within a medium to large ICT organisation
- Good communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Willingness to work on shifts
