EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will be a member of an international team with experienced, highly motivated colleagues located in several locations worldwide. You will be responsible for parts of SAP Business Suite applications, especially in Finance. Your focus will be providing maintenance and delivering innovations. In addition, you will apply yourself to a broad range of tasks that will strengthen your programming and product related skills.

Your tasks will include:
• Source code responsibility for SAP standard software
• Creation and testing of source code corrections
• Analysis of software issues
• Design and implementation of legal requirements
• Communication to customers
• Providing architecture and concept definition
• Contribution to cross product area development projects
• Collaboration on strategic projects (Cloud, IoT, Machine Learning, etc.)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in development, preferably with a focus in Financials.
• No previous experience with SAP is required for this position.
• Academic degree in computer science or related discipline (mathematics, physics, chemistry, business economics)
• Programming skills in at least one common programming language (ABAP is an advantage)
• Extended knowledge of software design and software architecture
• Highly customer oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
• Strong team player and out-of-the box thinker
• Ability to identify knowledge gaps and fill them through self-initiative
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) German language ability is an advantage
