HR Manager – start up
This HR Manager position will be responsible for HR tasks and activities as well as recruiment especially in first stage.
Responsibilities:
• In first months job is fully focused on recruiting of a entire new staff
• Monitor key performance measures against agreed standards and detail these as part
of a monthly review.
• Develop new HR initiatives to support the business strategy
• To advise and support senior management and line managers in the effective
implementation of the best HR practice
• Develop and sustain a company wide, best practice, integrated business system
(TS16949).To work with the Senior Management Team on Key organisational and
development issues.
• To review, develop and implement polices and procedures for the recruitment,
selection, induction and retention of staff.
• To facilitate and monitor the staff appraisal system, keeping it under review and
making recommendations for change in line with best practice.
• To consult as appropriate with the recognised Trade Union and develop relationships
between representative and company.
• Ensure the Companies policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and
provide assistance and support when required to other managers.
• Carry out disciplinary activities as and when required.
• Any other projects or tasks assigned to you by management team
We expect you to have the following qualifications:
• Suitable education (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a generalist HR role in a multicultural and
matrix environment, experience from production environment or logistics is a must
• Strong knowledge of local employment law
• Very good influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand the strategic role of HR to enable the business to reach the set
targets
• Proven track record of problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure
• Service mindset and solution orientation
• Coaching skills are an advantage
• Highly motivated, proactive and collaborative way of working
• Fluent spoken and written Slovak/Czech, as well as English language skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
