Job description, responsibilities and duties

PURPOSE OF ROLE
* To assist the Macro Process Lead in the development and implementation of all aspects of the PBS strategy, planning, execution and compliance, define and plan the achievement of goals and objectives across all PBS and operations of the BSC organization, as well as monitor the service level agreements.
* To oversee all functional and technical aspects of the PBS BSC organization.
* To manage the PBS process activities in order to meet departmental SLA/KPI requirements for service and quality at optimum cost.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage the process activities associated with PBS, such as:
* Sourcing and Master Data Management
* Data and Performance Reporting
* People Continuity, ABI University support and reporting
* Internal communication activities in BSC and Europe
* Payroll Europe support
* Employee master data
* Time registration
* Fleet management
* Certificates and reporting management
* Achieve forecast objectives for bookings, sales, job margin and cash flow
* Ensure team members receive orientation and appropriate development opportunities
* Provide regular and effective performance feedback to

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Level of educational attainment required:
- University / College degree in Economics, Business management or related field

Experience:
- 3+ years experience in managing a team
- Experience in working in an ERP environment an advantage
- Experience in working in a multi-national environment
- Experience in working in a process-oriented organization an advantage
Shared Services experience a plus
