Do you have a great reading and writing skills in German and English?
Would you like to be in a daily contact with clients/dealers/customers?

If yes, you´re the candidate we´re looking for.
*As a Junior Warranty Claims Specialist you will be responsible for a daily contact with our automotive client’s dealership and repairers through a custom digital platform.
*You will do a verification and analysis of warranty claims based on a training and certification in client’s warranty claims processes (provided by Accenture), and also other available internal resources (catalogs, sales information etc.).
*Also you will be a point of contact for the German speaking countries when solving issues. Running queries and documentation is part of the support process for the client and its dealers.
*If required you will be responsible for training and coaching new joiners as well.

Personality requirements and skills
*Communicative English and German (mainly written and reading skills on level B2, communication can be passive)
*Data processing accuracy, detail oriented and ability to evaluate/research a warranty claim
*Organized, timely, pro-active and highly productive
*Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
*Experience in Warranty is preferred but not required
*Good PC skills
