Job description, responsibilities and duties

JOB PURPOSE

Candidate will actively contribute to the growth of business through people by ensuring that the appropriate HR processes, working methods and local legal requirements are well executed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the local HR speaking partner for one or more business teams;
• Provide HR support and advice to co-workers and managers;
• Contribute to creation and operational implementation local HR action plan;
• Conduct the recruitment processes regarding to relevant teams business needs;
• Support the work on people development by coordination of training and development activities;
• Implement IKEA Talent approach, recruiting, spotting and developing talent;
• Contribute to the positioning of IKEA as an attractive place to work and the preferred employer;
• Contribute to secure and verify HR-related compliance with internal and external regulations.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR team, in several HR areas (recruitment, people and team development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits);
• Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently;
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing;
• Quick learner who is easily able to adapt to changing demands;
• Fluency in English;
• Open to constantly changing work environment;
• Ready to search for new solutions; questioning “status quo”;
• Ready to work with many tasks in the same time;
•Have “drive” and be full of energy;
• Have an ability to build good relations and communicate with others effectively: listen to others, actively search; for feedback and give feedback.
