Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

What would you do:

 organization of trainings for employees within the shared services center (1200 employees in two locations – Prague and Ostrava)
 administrating and maintaining training course modules and sessions in the learning management system
 participant handling – from manual bookings to cancellations
 communication with trainers, employees, participants with regards to training administration
 planning and administrating training measures end-to-end in the training tool (OneLMS) and in the shared services center
 communication with HeadQuarters with regards to OneLMS or Learning Campus
 feedback workflow and administration
 feedback setting and handling
 creation of regular reports, reporting feedback
 assist with the Training Center development
 any other reasonable task to support the team
