Registered General Nurses
Our client is looking for dedicated and compassionate nurses to work in care homes located in and around London (UK) with excellent transport links and close to key airports. This is a great opportunity for newly qualified nurses to work for one of the UK’s most successful healthcare organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the highest standards of person centred care are being delivered at all times by staff within the care team
- Perform all duties in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining registration requirements
- Distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions
- Practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks including the safe moving and handling of residents
- Liaise with family members of residents, GP’s, health and social care professionals involved in the wellbeing of all residents
- Ensuring timely and appropriate ordering of replacement goods
