Configuration Management Manager

Ensure that the necessary Configuration management system procedures are designed, developed and in place, in line with the company policy objectives Define Configuration Management methods, tools and ensure their effective implementation.
Supporting all company projects to establish and maintain performance consistency through the life cycle management process.
Establish the require customers baseline deliverables and control required change in the development to production stages.
• Develop, document and implement policies and procedures that govern configuration and change management processes.
• Identify, control and track all work products, processes and procedures that are configurable items within the configuration management database.
• Provide advice and guide on all matters relating to CM and change control to ensure quality products and services are delivered to the customer.
• Develop and promote a proactive and quality attitude towards configuration within the c2i organization.
• Establish, produce and maintain company CM polices and processes within company policy.
• Define Configuration Management methods, tools and ensure their effective implementation.
