Job description, responsibilities and duties
The phases of the program:
1) Core Project: In your first six months, you will complete two technical assignments dealing with topics from our daily work. Together with your trainee colleagues you will work on a project with focus on current business issue.
2)Within the group you will also define different work packages which will sharpen your technical and professional skills.
3) Plant Stay: For a duration of three months you will gain manufacturing experience in one of our plants worldwide, where you'll work on a challenging project.
4) Marketing & Sales Stay: During this three weeks stay you will gain first-hand experience of our customer needs and the market conditions.
5) Job Placement: After the Core Project you will take over a challenging position within R&D Tires.
