Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main Tasks
- Manage the partner’s diary, updating appointments and scheduling meetings,
- Data entry, updating client information, filing documents and basic accounting tasks
- Handle communication with suppliers (landlord, notary, phone companies etc)
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Collect and deliver documents as needed
- Order office stationary and refreshments as needed
- Assist in other administrative and coordinating duties as needed

- Opportunity to work in a small, friendly and cooperative legal practice based in Prague 1 (near Staromestka Metro station)
- Ideally working hours will be every morning, Monday to Friday but we can offer some flexibility to fit in with your schedule
- This position is open to people working on a Zivnostensky List or people can be employed on a Dohoda agreement
- Salary – 10,000CZK per month

Information about the selection process

Our client would like to have a face to face interview in Prague. The interview will be in English language.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

We Need
- Native or near native level of Czech language
- Advanced English language skills
- Previous experience in an administration/office management/reception or similar position
- Good general PC skills, especially MS Outlook and Word, experience with any CRM systems would be an advantage
- Good professional communication skills
