I am looking for several dilligent and client-centric enthusiasts who will provide intermediate technical support to computer users who face moderately complex technical problems with their PC.
Job responsibilities:
This position offers the right and motivated candidates a priceless chance to become a 2nd level Help Desk Technician who will primarily resolve issues, enter tickets into the call tracking tool, prioritize and escalate if needed.

You will install/reinstall software, diagnose whether and when to reinstall, troubleshoot Windows with the help of various sources, install specific client applications, be in charge of networks/printers/server.

Your profile:
▪ Educated to secondary school or University level.
▪ Proficient written and spoken German (C1/C2) and very good English (B2 and higher).
▪ 2 or more years of technical customer service experience/training.
▪ Experience in working with in-company escalation systems.
▪ Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
▪ Outstanding interpersonal skills towards customers and team members.
▪ Analytical, proactive and team-spirited mindset.
