Your main tasks would be helping customers and solving their technical issues .

Requirements:
- Fluent English plus German language (candidate has to speak both languages)
- Great communication skills
- Understanding of solving a issues (everything else we can teach you!)
- IT understanding is nice to have,not must!
We offer:
- Starting salary 35.000 - 38.000 CZK
- Meal tickets, Cafeteria system
- 5 weeks of holiday
- New modern working environment in Prague (near by city center of Prague)
