* 3 years experience (or more) in equivalent positions in software architecture, analysis or development
* Experience in different positions in software development life-cycle
* Ability to estimate an effort and all impacts of proposed solution
* Good Knowledge of analytical methods
* Good Knowledge of UML and CASE tools (Enterprise Architect is preferred)
* Good Knowledge of software development methods and life-cycle
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Master or equivalent degree
* Very good communication skills
* Analytical skills, creative problem solving
* Experience in different positions in software development life-cycle
* Ability to estimate an effort and all impacts of proposed solution
* Good Knowledge of analytical methods
