Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibilities:
• Operates companywide business application
• Consults internal customers in the optimization and harmonization of business processes
• Performs business process analysis in order to support through IT solutions
• Coordinates internal IT and external service providers, oversees system design and communicates to internal customer
• Plans and conduct application trainings for business key-users
• Performs application upgrades with alignment of business need
• Application user & license management
• Active participation in international projects

Personality requirements and skills
Professional competences required for the job:
• 3+ years of experience in any enterprise application management / operation including user support (200+ users)
• Proven knowledge and experience in Linux Server administration, Red Hat is preferred
• Knowledge in ITIL or CMMI processes
• Knowledge of relational databases, Oracle is preferred
• Knowledge in automotive standards is appreciated (ISO26262, TS16949, etc.)
Social competences required for the job:
• Confident English language skills
• Good communication skills
• Analytical thinking
• Mobility and willingness to travel
• Creativity
