To professionally recruit and continu-ously improve the quality ofestaff to meet company´s staffing requirements for today and the future. This is managed by sourcing ofecandidates through innovative and cost effective means that strengthen company´s position as a preferred employer. The focus is is adding value to the recruitment process through the qualofespecialized recruitment tools.

• Take full responsibility for the sourcing and selection ofessionaparticular set ofevacancies
• Search for suitable candidates using a variety ofesourcing tools.

• Tas advertisements, referrals, agencies, and web-mining
• Interview, test and otherwise screen candidates throvacancies
• Maintain and lead contact with internal and external candidates throughout the selection process thMaintain relations with agency partners
• Prepare, obtain approval ofeand present job offers
• Perform administration associated to the on-boarding ofessioemployees
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records oferecruitment process tHelp organize and execute job marketing activities and events (job fairs, open door events (job fairContinually help identify and propose ideas for process improvement
• Help the organization remain competitive on the labor market by performing market intelligence, knowledge/skill enhancement during free moments
• Ensure that the selection system activities and evenrelevant and comply with relevant labor laws concerning non-discrimination
