Project Engineer

• Designs control valves by using suitable, cost-effective severe service valve designs for fossil power plants around worldwide
• Design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures, solve problems, run calculations, perform design reviews, and conduct meetings
• Analyzes technology trends, costs, and deadlines to plan projects.
• Advises management of problems or ideas which may affect profit, schedule, costs, customer relations, and/or inter-departmental relations.
• Provides direction, training, and example for new and beginning engineers
• Maintains a working knowledge of new technologies which may improve products, and develops recommendations accordingly.
• Provide support for our sales team by reviewing non-standard applications/products, interpretation of specification requirements, review P&ID & piping layouts, technical risk review, field problem review, and evaluate deviation from standards.
• Be an active member of the design team supports the creation and or maintains tools and design standards.
