Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Design the annual national marketing & sales strategy to support the continuous development of the company
- Set up team and individual goals for direct reports and the necessary resources and methods
- Create a business plan and the related budget
- Supervise the marketing and sales activities of the company at national level
- Implement marketing tools (marketing communication, advertising campaigns etc.) that support sales and strengthen brand awareness
- Design methods to reduce churn and theft, increase penetration, increase collection
- Responsible for content and for the relationship with the programming suppliers: communication, promotional campaigns etc.
- Offer support in developing and implementing plans for community relations and Public relations to the best company image (community events, media courage for marketing events etc.)
- Monitor competition products and activities, up to date regarding the status of the market and trends
- Identifies and exploits development opportunities that support the best of the marketing and sales activities, and the business in general
- Meet the goals and tasks received from the direct superior

- University degree in either sales, marketing or economics, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Telco business or FMCG business

- Very well organized, respect deadlines and other company’s procedures and regulation
- Focused on results, efficient, solves problems and overcome obstacles appearing on the way
- Awareness about cable TV/ telecommunication branch
- Excellent knowledge in marketing and sales
- General management capabilities: in depth business understanding, finance abilities, capacity to run large and diverse teams of people
- Fluent in English
- Very good computer literacy
- Excellent leadership abilities, communication skills
