We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager, with a strong entrepreneurial mind-set and a proven combination of analytics and can-do attitude to identify opportunities for business growth, implement partnership, and develop and deliver a European growth strategy.

In this Business Development position you will report to the Director, Corporate Development Western Europe, based in Germany, and together with our pan-European team work to

• Analyse and screen the market to identify relevant acquisitions targets, opportunities to increase our product portfolio as well as to open new partnership channels.
• Calculate business cases and evaluate business opportunities.
• Consolidate findings into meaningful top-management presentations to allow fact-based decision making and to create and maintain BD-pipeline.
• Prepare and implement partnership agreements with companies in the vehicle fleet, fuel, and commercial payments markets.
• Build and manage local trade relationships and alliances with relevant sector associations to deepen the penetration of FleetCor sales into key customer groups.
• Attend key European level management meetings to report results.

Profil kandidáta

• Business development background within a relevant commercial market sector (e.g., fleet services, fuel cards, and commercial payments) or around 2 year experience in leading management consultancy or M&A.
• Strong analytics and used to fact-based decision making
• Entrepreneurial mind-set, strong can-do attitude
• Good commercial acumen.
• Another European language would be an asset like German / Polish or Hungarian etc.
