Customer Service Representative

For our client, one of the best company in the field of shiping, we are looking for the candidates with knowlage of English for the position of Customer Service Representative. Holder of this position will report to Czech & Slovak Customer Service Manager.
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, pro-active and communicative person to support the team of Customer Service department, dealing with clients from the Ocean freight area.
Main tasks
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by handling assigned customers in a dedicated and professional manner
- Daily execution of order handling activities
- Deliver differentiated customer service solutions to clients depending on segments
- Ensure smooth delivery of containers
- Manage credit and payment issues in line with the company policy
- Represents customers’ interests
- Cooperate with other functions especially with sales, finance, operations and shared service centre in India
Required skills and experiences
- High school education, preferably in logistics or transportation
- Work experience in container shipping is a big advantage
- Fluent English and Czech language is a must
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Pack knowledge
- Optimistic, diligent and reliable personality with team spirit and willingness to learn new things
- Positive and supportive approach to work and to colleagues; pro-active attitude
- Very good communication skills and customer orientation
