For our valuable client, a truly global leader in manufacturing and development, we are looking for Dutch speaking candidates to join their expanding HR team. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading an HRS administrative team. On a regular basis, the successful candidate:
• manages delivery of all transactions within agreed service levels.
• coordinates with the HRS Operations Manager to provide solutions to optimize administrative processes in the EMEA region.
• ensures timely delivery of the high quality customer service: on boarding and exit process, benefits, leave and sick leave administration, etc.
• describes and continuously improves processes.
• drives and implements standardization and optimization of processes for the BENELUX region.
• supports implementation of new tools and applications in the region.
• serves as a liaison for the assigned HR leader in the region and his team, assesses and provides feedback from customers.
• works closely with other departments like Finance, Government Relations, Staffing.

For this position we require:
• Bachelor´s Degree level or equivalent in HR related discipline
• fluent in Dutch and English is a must, French as an advantage
• 3-5 years experience in HR or Shared Services organization
• experience working for multinational company
• basic knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma quality systems an advantage
• excellent computer skills, including MS Office, PeopleSoft and other HR systems or technologies
• knowledge of Information Protection and Data Privacy legislation
• customer focused - understand customer requirements and priorities, have “can do” attitude
• ability to work in a demanding environment and handle time-sensitive processes
