Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Administer and perform configuration management of all the servers, storage arrays, and tape libraries in the server landscape
• Perform patch management on all servers and computers according to established standards
• Follow the incident, problem, and change management policies using ticketing application
• Follow all established IS policies and security standards
• Produce and maintain documentation as needed including reports
• Provide support of the following systems: application package creation, server/desktop patch creation/rollout, virtual environment administration, DHCP, DNS, proxy, device monitoring, anti-virus server, print servers, storage systems, backup systems, camera systems
• Complete annual performance targets, objectives, and projects

Soft Skills:
• Understanding of business processes
• Higher education in IT from technical perspective and/or equivalent experience
• 3+ years professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in providing server and desktop support in a MS environment
• English proficiency at B2 (able to write technical documentation)
• Exposure to ITIL
Hard Skills (at least some of the following):
• Windows Server 2003, 2008 (2012)
• Scripting in a Windows environment
• Windows 7 (8)
• VMWare
• SCCM 2012
• McAfee, ePO
• Nagios, Centreon
