The Junior Co-Recruiter is accountable for processing of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the clients Recruiting Plan. The Junior Co-Recruiter is responsible for the first screening process and the interview planning of the candidates. The Junior Co-Recruiter acts in a buddy role with the recruitment specialist. The recruitment specialist acts as the key point of contact with hiring managers and candidates, throughout the recruitment process.
This position is located within one of our HR Outsourcing projects in Prague. The team is supporting client's offices in German speaking region.
Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
Screen applications and pre-select candidates
Schedule interview for client's HR specialists / Hiring Managers (the Junior HR Co-Recruiter does not conduct formal interviews him/herself)
Process internal applications end-to-end
Participate in sourcing actions
Escalate outstanding cases to HR Business Partners when required
Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy
Responsible for updating the recruitment system and tools
Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Review recruit files for completeness
Conduct on Purchase Order process
Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions.
Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
Any other duties as required

Requirements for the employee
Secondary with school-leaving examination
English - advanced
Personality requirements and skills
Completed high school education
Fluent / native speaker level of German (both written and spoken)
Advanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
University/College education OR 1-2 years of experience in customer service, recruiting process and procedures are a nice plus
Good user knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Service minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in conducting telephone, email or written based reference checks to company's standards
Problem solving and analytical skills
Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach
Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks
