Job Specification

Human Resources Generalist / Co-Recruiter is in direct and indirect contact (i.e. phone & email) to the client (client's employees, HR community, alumnis etc.) and takes care of advisory and HR administrative transactional activities in the areas of payroll, recruitment, contracts, personnel documentation etc.

Responsibilities
  • On a daily basis answer general HR queries received via phone (Contact Centre), email or system from the client based in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Advise the client on various issues concerning HR policies and processes
  • Perform data look up as well as data entry in various HR administration systems and tracking tools
  • Create official HR documents (employment contracts, exit documents, references etc.)
  • Work upon strictly agreed processes and rules that are in place
  • Provide feedback for process improvements
  • Support other team members by knowledge sharing
  • Ensure the highest quality
  • Actively participate in various projects and additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Education in the field of HR most welcome but not a must
  • Interest in HR most welcome
  • Fluent/native speaker knowledge of Dutch/Flemish and good knowledge of English OR Fluent/native speaker knowledge of French and good Dutch/Flemish and English (to support our client in Belgium) 
  • Active team player
  • PC savvy - ability to learn and use efficiently various systems
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex issues
  • Excellent client handling skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and good working spirit
  • Taking initiative and actively think about improvements
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
