Job specification
 
Order to cash clerk is primarily responsible for activities that follow the OTC process including billing, collections, dispute management and reconciliations.   
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide order release coverage upon agreed timelines
  • Correspond and negotiate with customers (direct contact over the phone and also by e-mail)
  • Ensure customer's credit balances are reviewed
  • Ensure all billing requests received are executed on time.
  • Ensure all invoices are generated on time
  • Ensure all remittance advices are reviewed on time
  • Reconcile unapplied payments
  • Resolve all exceptions and input billing data accurately in to the system
  • Ensure all customer refunds are taken care and appropriate information with recommendations is provided

Job Requirements:
  • Secondary/college degree
  • Very good knowledge/Native level of Dutch, communicative knowledge of English
  • Previous working experience related to accounting is a plus
  • PC skills (Outlook, Excel)
  • Sense for numbers
  • Proactive and accurate personality
  • Analytical skills, organization skills
  • Customer orientation
