Procurement IT Project Sourcing Associate with English and German

Job Description Overview
Accenture is seeking an IT Project Sourcing Associate to provide full, life cycle procurement support of business driven projects in IT (software, hardware, services, telecoms) for Fortune 500 companies.  In this capacity, you will be based out of King of Prussia office and will have frequent interaction with team members and customers in the execution of projects that help customers achieve significant value in the form of improved pricing, quality, delivery, supplier performance and other aspects of total cost.
 
Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients/suppliers to identify and drive cost/ improvement Information Technology opportunities for numerous leading Fortune 500 companies in the following category areas:
• Lead and execute sourcing projects ($1MM+ in spend) including strategy development, RFQ/RFP execution, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution
• Communicate frequently and professionally with customer stakeholders regarding the status of the procurement aspect of the project including creation of Statement of Work and other sourcing and contracting documents.
• Perform supplier research and identification and perform RFQ analyses such as rate card analyses, basic TCO, and lease vs. buy/NPV.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency to support company and account growth.
• Offer creative solutions to support sourcing projects and achieve desired results.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of sourcing services that meet and exceed savings and SLA targets
• Establish and cultivate key client stakeholder relationships across organizations, building trust and support for each sourcing project
• Seek out opportunities to drive creativity and innovation within each sourcing project, while ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards
