Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Customer Relationship Management department is responsible for managing the service relationship with the countries we support, and resolving queries relating Accounts Payable.
 
The CRM Agent is a customer service agent in this department, responsible for interactions for specific geographic areas for the Accounts Payable process.

At the moment, we are looking for language combinations: English & Swedish or Finnish for our large international team in Prague.
 
 
Responsibilities

•Provide a top quality service in all customer interactions.
• Respond to and resolve customer queries related to vendor invoices to ensure a resolution is reached in a timely manner
• Follow up customer calls and check resolution where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction with the response.
• Track  and document all customer contacts through Siebel ensuring handoff to process teams is correctly managed
• Proactively assist CRM analyst in monitoring and management of operation, including call and email flows, service request queues and raising any future potential issues
• Maintain the appropriate level of knowledge relating to CRM processes and supporting applications, including SAP and Siebel.
• Participate in regular team discussions and process improvement initiatives
• Escalate problematic requests to the CRM analyst in a timely manner

Personality requirements and skills

  • • Fluency in Swedish or Finnish and English 
    • Customer Service experience is a plus
    • Financial processing/accounting experience is an advantage
    • SAP and Siebel knowledge preferred
    • Finance Skills
    • Ability to prioritize and organize own work effort under pressure
    • Interpersonal flexibility.
    • Oral and written communication skills
    • Research and problem resolution skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Office prior database use
