Processing operations related to received payments from clients
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Invoice processing – special cases which require contact with the client and suppliers
- Solving holds on invoices as per process instructions + solving of rejections
- Keeping organized environment in daily tasks
- Other duties as directed by the Team Leader
- Month and closure activities and responsibilities
- Being the contact point for NSO, email and phone communication with NSO and the suppliers
- Update of Procedures
- Working in a reasonably large team in an open office environment
- Ensure invoices received are processed on daily basis
- Sharing knowledge of processes with other colleagues within the whole team

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Knowledge of English
- Italian language for daily communication, written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Oracle experience would be beneficial but not necessary
- Must be a good team player and be able to communicate with Accenture, Client and Vendor staff occasionall
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and follow control procedures
- Excel skills would be an advantage
