Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Claims Processing Team Member will validate warranty claims (accept/reject warranty repairs); process monthly invoices from ASPs (Authorized Service Providers) and respond to queries from them and country managers. Usage and learning of client-specific software will be required.
Main responsibilities:

- Claim Validation, i.e. check / verification of Proof-of-purchases (invoices)
- Clarification with ASPs in case of dissent
- ASP invoice checking (i.e. comparison with payment proposal)
- Delivery of checked invoice to accounting
- Support Toshiba Sales Area / Subsidiary Country responsible and Claim Processing Team Lead
