Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is responsible for proactively and effectively managing knowledge and process documentation within the assigned team. The Payroll Admin is a first point of contact for agents for issue handling and problem solving. Furthermore this position is accountable for performing standard transactional and quality assurance tasks to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute the process accurately and timely
  • Work strictly to agreed upon processes, ensure the process documents are followed
  • Update/create process documentation as required
  • Process inbound and outbound emails to customers
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Be involved in performing internal controls for quality assurance
  • Support and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior
  • Actively participate in the identification of opportunities for process improvements
  • Complete continuous improvement projects and additional tasks as assigned
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary

  • Advanced level of French (both written and spoken)
  • Written and spoken ability to communicate in English

  • Adhering to processes and policies approved by Accenture and client
  • Delivers a service to the client in an effective manner
  • Always adheres to contractual service levels across the client base
