Job description, responsibilities and duties

Junior HR Connect Agent is in direct and indirect contact (i.e. phone and email) to the internal HR department and Accenture employees and takes care of HR advisory activities in the areas of HR processes, policies and support applications.

Responsibilities
  • Incorporate a broad range of HR knowledge (e.g. HR processes and policies)
  • Liaise with other departments in the service centre and local teams to ensure query resolution
  • Perform data look up as well as data entry in various HR information systems
  • Process in- and outbound emails and phone calls from Accenture employees - advise the employees on various HR issues, deal with various questions and requests regarding HR processes and policies etc.
  • Supporting junior members of the team
  • Assist with the management of project initiatives defined by supervisor

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Completed at least High school education
  • Previous HR experience is a plus
  • Fluent / native speaker level of Russian and Czech language
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing is a plus
  • Excellent client handling and communication skills
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks
  • Strong displayed problem solving and analytical skills
  • Positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities
