Accenture´s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development ad maintenance, help desk services and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our client´s move ahead of the competition.

You would be in in direct and indirect contact to a specific client or to the client's customers located in the Dutch speaking region. You would become a specialist in your designated area e.g. Finance, Customer Service (order management etc.) or HR (administration, personnel documents etc.).

- Incorporate a broad range of knowledge (internal and external processes and policies) and become an expert in your designated area
- Perform data look up as well as data entry in various systems
- Process in- and outbound emails and phone calls from the client or the client's customers
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Actively contribute to process improvement projects
- Identify and escalate complex issues to your supervisor
- Support other team members in their daily activities
- Act as single point of contact for specific process/service
- Reporting activities
- Participate in various side projects

- Open to junior profiles, relevant education/experience preferred
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)

- Service minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and able to work accurately and efficiently within defined processes
- Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively and efficiently
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
- Active user knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proactive, taking initiative and good team spirit
