Job Description Overview

Accenture is seeking a team-oriented individual to join our Sourcing Operations team in Prague.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze bids and quotations in terms of cost, quality, source, and urgency
  • Develop, negotiate, and administer lower value SOW and commercial contracts
  • Support the analysis of different suppliers, including price and total cost analysis.
  • Assist with various sourcing events (eg: RFI, Quotes, Contract renegotiations, scope of work development, etc)
  • Identify and propose cost reduction and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Support the Executive Summary for the team by consolidating and reporting various KPIs.
  • Generate value-added trend reporting to clients via Excel workbooks and Savings Link User interface
  • Analyze and compare potential and current suppliers; evaluate and recommend new or on-going relationships; manage some smaller commodity items
  • Develop supplier service levels and analyze supplier performance data.
  • Suggests and implements cost savings programs, subject to approvals from management
  • Work with suppliers on cost improvements and continuous process
  • Support the management and maintenance of supplier relationships
  • Obtain deep industry, supplier, and internal client knowledge for assigned procurement categories along with the ability to cross train other analysts.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver significant results

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Finance preferred
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Two plus years of direct or indirect sourcing experience.
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Access
  • Demonstrated strong customer relationship building skills.
  • A collaborative and team oriented work style, with an ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with internal customers and co-workers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to present information, prepare reports and recommendations clearly.
