Job description, responsibilities and duties

Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
 
 The T&E Agent deals with Accenture employee Time & Expenses from his/her assigned portfolio/country with a focus on service excellence and professionalism.
  • Process T&E (e.g. checking of claimed expenses with receipts, their compliance, making adjustments, etc.) ready for disbursements within specified SLAs and KPIs
  • Deliver management reports (e.g. compliance report, audit reports, etc.)
  • Resolve T&E inquiries within specified SLAs
  • Communicate with employees (i.e. reminders and corrections)
  • Remain updated with latest supporting applications, T&E procedures and programs and business updates across Accenture
  • Complete assigned tasks/reports within agreed deadlines and quality
  • Exhibit a positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities; meet new challenges and changes with an open mind; demonstrate commitment to the job
  • Develop a good relation within the team and share experience
  • Work effectively with other departments in the service centers and local teams to ensure query resolution and escalate queries as required
  • Take responsibility for own professional development and growth
  • Think creatively and make innovative suggestions that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls or customer service
  • Assist execution and implementation of process improvements in the team previously approved by Team Lead/Supervisor

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • High School/Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English and Romanian language
  • Knowledge of Polish is a big plus
  • Previous accounting or administration experience is a plus
  • Team spirit
  • Responsibility and accuracy
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year-end closing
  • PC skills
