Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible primarily for activities that follow the Service Order Management Annuity processes and include order acceptance, Service entitlement, Invoicing and database update, and the relay of instruction to the team who execute: Maintenance/Warranty order acceptance, backlog maintenance, service order invoice creation, generation and distribution, revenue recognition. Order management activities end at invoice distribution and revenue recognition. The role requires the interaction with both the client contacts & the other order processors.

Responsibilities
  • Receive requests from Client or other automated application.
  • Review the request, validate whether any information is missing.
  • Follow up for missing information with client
  • Submit request to & communication with Back-office team for processing.
  • Archiving, records retention and audit support
  • Communicating with client
  • Reporting
  • Keeping targets
  • Co-operation on additional critical tasks for the unit (e.g. audit, internal audit , operation calls etc.)
  • Developing client relationship
