Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job specification: For our internal HR team we are looking for a dedicated person who has proven experience in HR to act as a consultant to management on people related matters and HR processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as an consultant for managers in people-matters (i.e. employee relations, performance management, etc.), advisory in the field of employment legislation
  • Manage and facilitate Performance Management process and associated compensation activities
  • Act as a coach and consultant for management in career planning and development
  • Support managers throughout the HR life cycle (from hire through departure)
  • Manage employee lifecycle – onboarding, orientation/integration, discipline, leaves, managed departures and exit, handle and address employee relations queries/concerns.
  • Facilitate Employee Engagement and People programs/activities by coaching managers and providing advisory support

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the role HR Business Partner/Human Resources generalist, experience from international environment is an advantage
  • Bachelor degree (HR or Business Management focus - advantage)
  • Advanced knowledge of Labor legislation and HR processes
  • Very good knowledge of English language – both written and spoken (C1 at least)
  • Mature personality, with the ability to motivate and coach others
  • Strong customer orientation and focus
  • Time management - setting priorities, working under deadlines
  • Communication and presentation skills
