Job description, responsibilities and duties

The primary objectives of the Security Planner / Technical Writer are to ensure the smooth planning and preparation of delivery of various security services provided to both internal and external Accenture clients, as well as handling the first level of questions from clients related to the security services provided. It also includes responsibilities over some team’s administrative and financial tasks. Position is suitable for fresh graduates with interest in Information Security.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
*Responsible for planning assignments of 10+ people
*Follow the security services delivery enablement processes, plan meetings and follow-up actions accordingly
*Provide the first level of communication with clients on questions related to the security services provided by the team
*Perform financial reviews and reporting
*Manage training requirements
*Perform team’s administrative tasks (purchases, timesheets validation)
*Suggest and implement processes improvements
